「在庫監査ログ（Inventory Audit Log）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Tsumiki Appsが提供するShopifyアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いを説明します。

取得する情報

• ストア情報: ストアのドメイン、プラン、主要言語、タイムゾーン
• 在庫変動イベント: 商品タイトル・バリアント名・SKU・ロケーション名、変動前後の在庫数と差分、発生時刻
• マーチャント（ストア運営者）が在庫変動に付与した理由（区分＋メモ）

取得しない情報

• 顧客（ストアのお客様）の個人情報には一切アクセスしません（氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号・注文内容を取得・保存しません）
• ストアフロント（商品ページ等）には何も設置せず、閲覧者の情報を取得しません。本アプリは管理画面内で完結します。
• 商品データ本体を複製・保存しません（表示用の商品タイトル・SKU等の最小情報のみ保存します）。在庫や商品への書き込みは一切行いません（読み取り専用の権限のみ使用し、記録は本アプリのデータベースにのみ追記します）。

情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、在庫変動の監査ログの記録・表示・検索・CSVエクスポートのためにのみ利用します。

データの保管と削除

• データは Supabase（AWS 東京リージョン）のデータベースに保管します。
• 在庫変動イベントは監査証跡としての性質上、アプリの利用中は期限を設けず保存します（追記専用。記録した数量・差分・発生時刻は後から変更しません。理由区分やメモ、表示用の商品名は後から追加・編集できます）。無料プランでは閲覧できる期間が直近30日に制限されますが、データ自体は保持され、有料プランへのアップグレードで過去の全期間が閲覧可能になります。
• アプリをアンインストールすると、ストアに関するすべてのデータ（在庫変動イベント・理由・設定を含む）を48時間以内に完全に削除します。削除処理を管理する内部ジョブ記録（ストアドメインのみを含み、在庫データ・顧客情報は含みません）は、処理完了後最長48時間で自動削除されます。
• ShopifyのGDPR必須Webhook（データ開示・消去要求）に対応しています。顧客個人情報を保持しないため、顧客データの開示・消去要求について提供できるデータはありません。

第三者サービス

本アプリはホスティングにFly.io、データベースにSupabase、エラー監視にSentryを利用します。これらへ顧客個人情報が渡ることはありません。

Inventory Audit Log (the "App") is a Shopify app provided by Tsumiki Apps. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Store information: store domain, plan, primary locale, timezone
• Inventory change events: product title, variant title, SKU, location name, stock quantity before/after each change with the delta, and when the change occurred
• Reasons (category + note) that you, the merchant, attach to inventory changes

Information we do NOT collect

• We never access your customers' personal data (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or order contents)
• The App adds nothing to your storefront and collects no data about storefront visitors. It runs entirely inside the Shopify admin.
• We do not copy or store your product data (only minimal display information such as product title and SKU is saved). We never write to your inventory or products — the App uses read-only permissions and appends records only to its own database.

How we use information

Collected information is used solely to record, display, search, and export (CSV) the inventory change audit log.

Data storage and deletion

• Data is stored in Supabase (AWS Tokyo region).
• Because the App is an audit trail, inventory change events are retained without expiry while you use the App (append-only; recorded quantities, deltas, and timestamps are not modified after capture. Reason codes, notes, and display-only product names can be added or edited later). On the free plan the viewing window is limited to the last 30 days, but the data itself is retained — upgrading makes the full history visible.
• When you uninstall the App, all data related to your store (including inventory events, reasons, and settings) is permanently deleted within 48 hours. Internal job-queue records that manage the deletion (containing only your store domain — never inventory or customer data) are automatically purged within 48 hours after completion.
• We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (data request and redaction). Since we hold no customer personal data, there is no customer data to disclose or erase.

Third-party services

The App uses Fly.io (hosting), Supabase (database), and Sentry (error monitoring). No customer personal data is shared with these services.
